AOSAWA [ REDBOX ] goes to Chile , South America with Parties 4 Peace for a ten day DJ TOUR of the most beautiful nature and techno culture of the South.  PATAGONICA `09  (13 -22 March, 2009)

The PATAGONICA DJ TOUR , organized by Parties 4 Peace was a huge success!  The winner of the PATAGONICA DJ Contest in June 2008, DJ Aosawa (REDBOX) traveled to Chile, South America with Party for Peace organizer, Emilie McGlone, to promote the protection of the nature in Chilean Patagonia.  Touring Chile from March 12th - March 24th, we organized parties in Punta Arenas, Santiago and Vina del Mar, Chile, raising awareness about environmental issues and collecting funds to support the Chilean NGO, CODEFF - National Committee to Protect the Flora and Fauna of Chile.  In collaboration with Peace Boat, we succeeded in collecting more than 1000 signatures to promote the campaign to make Patagonia a World Heritage site protected by UNESCO and fundraised more than $2000 dollars in the whole campaign trhoughout Japan and Chile. During the Chilean tour, we visited the beautiful nature of Patagonia and experienced the amazing music scene in the capital Santiago. As our last event, we organized a DJ Contest with four Chilean producers to select one winner who will be invited to travel to Tokyo, Japan this year. The best producer at the event was Francisco Allendes, who will join our Patagonica campaign and travel to Japan to promote the exchange of talented artists between South America and Asia !!  Coming soon ::::  Patagonica vol 2 !!  Thank you to everyone for their support !

パーティーフォーピースがオーガナイズする南米チリのパタゴニカＤＪツアーは予想以上の成果を残しました。２００８年６月に行われたパタゴニアDJコンテストの優勝者DJ AOSAWA（REDBOX) がパーティーフォーピースのオーガナイザー　エミリーマグローンと共にパタゴニアの自然保護活動を行うためチリに遠征した。このツアーは３月１２日から３月２４日まで行われた。私たちはパーティーをPunta Arenas, Santiago and Vina del Marで環境問題への意識を高めるためNGOである環境保護団体の CODEFFへの募金活動を行った。パタゴニア地域をUNESCOの世界遺産にするキャンペーンのための署名を１０００人の方にご協力いただきました。またこのツアーで繰り広げられたパーティーでは２０万円の募金が集まりCODEFFへ寄付することができました。
このツアーを通してパタゴニアの大自然に私たちは触れると同時に首都SANTIAGOのミュージックシーンをダイレクトに体験できました。最後のイベントはビーチで行われチリのプロデューサー４人が参加し, BEST プロデューサー is FRANCISCO ALLENDES!!!  Coming to Tokyo soon !
